Started in the 3rd row of the heat race, by
the end of the 1st lap I was in the 2nd position. The
car was a little loose in the heat so I decided not to push it and ended up
finishing in the 2nd position.
The feature redraw found myself
starting in the 4th row position #7. at
the start of the race I moved up to the 4th position, due to a
caution there was a restart and I found myself on the inside of the 2nd
row because of the double file restart. On the restart I was able to move
into the 2nd position, I ran door to door with the 12 car for a
number of laps until another car drove into the corner too hard and hit me
causing me to have a left rear flat, I was forced to change a tire and
start in the rear of the field. I worked my way back up to 5th at
the finish line.
